Black Hills Pride 2017: Entertainment

Good Evening Black Hills Center for Equality Supporters,

It is hard to believe that we only one month from away (July 8th) from the Black Hills Pride festival. In case you have not seen the announcements on our social media pages, I wanted to give you an update on the entertainment planned for Black Hills Pride 2017. See the entertainment below planned for the Black Hill festival in the park and the official Black Hills Pride after party.

Festival in the Park Entertainment:

We hope you are as excited as the Black Hills Pride Committee is for Black Hills Pride 2017.  We are hard at work with the final push for Black Hills Pride 2017 planning. If you would like to volunteer at Black Hills Pride 2017 please visit and scroll down to the section on volunteering. Fill out a Volunteer Application and then visit Volunteer Opportunities Black Hills Pride 2017 to sign up for a volunteer slot. We will have opportunities throughout the day including park set up, BH Pride store sales, entertainment stage assistant, general help, park tear down, after party set up, after party ticket sales, and after party clean up. We need YOUR help to help us make Black Hills Pride 2017 a success. We love our volunteers and would love for you to join our volunteer crew.

Sarah Keppen moved from Sioux Falls to West River South Dakota in April 2015 for a position at Regional Health. She works full-time as an Application System Analyst in the IT - Software Services department supporting clinical software applications. Sarah joined the Black Hills Center for Equality (BHCFE), Inc board of directors in October 2015. She spent her first year on the board as the Board Secretary. Sarah is currently the board Vice President She is a fierce advocate for LGBT equality. When she is not supporting the LGBT community, fighting for equality, or serving her customer's technology needs, Sarah enjoys traveling, the outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking, music concerts, foreign foods, and spending time with family and friends.
